 How to eat fish?

There are several ways to eat fish:

  1. Grilled: Cook the fish on a hot grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side.

  2. Baked: Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes.

  3. Pan-Fried: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

  4. Steamed: Place the fish in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for about 10-12 minutes.

  5. Raw (Sashimi): Slice the raw fish into thin pieces and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.

When preparing fish, make sure to properly clean and prepare it, and to cook it to a safe internal temperature of 145°F to prevent foodborne illness.
